Perfect AI??? Why.. Why.. Why???

I just don't get it.. I am a technology enthusiast and a damn good programmer.. There is not one area of Computer Science that doesn't fascinate me, including Artificial Intelligence..

Humans succeeded in creating a version of AI that we are seeing today.. All cool.. I often feel, there is one thing humans are not good at, after all the intelligence we are blessed with.. We don't know when to stop!!  We are still trying to find ways to improve AI.. We won't sleep until we make a machine that thinks like us, humans.. It's a very interesting target, no doubt.. But what good does it do??

A lot of movies depicted, machines with advanced AI target humans as enemies.. I don't think that's gonna happen.. More practically, if a machine starts thinking like a human, it will only get lazy and it will not want to accomplish any of our tasks anymore.. Just the way we created the machine to get our task done, it will want to create it's own machine to get its tasks done.. Meanwhile, we might get a birdie if we ask our machine to do something for us..

If you want to create something that thinks like human, go make babies.. Create a damn human.. Let the machine work for us.. Don't give it more intelligence than needed.. What happened to our good ol' Least Privilege Principle??

Initial Jibber Jabber

Every time I have something on my mind to share, I am either too busy to open my blog and write stuff or too lazy to open my blog and write stuff.. When I actually have time and mood for this, I don't remember any of that stuff I wanted to share..

So I gave up on sharing my philosophical/technological/psychological views and created this blog..

I am not here to share my thoughts..

I am not here to share my perspective..

I am not here to share anything meaningful..

What I am going to do here is, something I am really good at.. Rambling..!  

Typing the first thing that comes to my mind.. No backspaces.. No deletes.. Just typing.. and typing.. and typing..!!!

Now coming to the title of the blog, it does explain what I am planning to do in essence.. But one might question why it is tongue and not fingers/brain.. I borrowed the line from one of the Enid Blyton's poems, I read as a kid.. As someone interested in literature and mysteries, the idea of creating a puzzle in the form of a poem and eventually solving it to solve the mystery, thrilled me as a kid.. Why, I started writing crazy and meaningless, yet cryptic poems myself..

So I'll close this jibber jabber with that EB's poem:
